Sneak Peek @ Draco 2 , New Keywords & cards

Draco Planum Chapter 2 ' The Last Snow Dragons of Altari' has been sent to the printers and will be with us sooner than the think! (See the new promo location above)

And with the excitement we have been blessed with a few sneak peeks at the cards and the two new keywords : HUNT & FREEZE ! 


A card with HUNT ,as explained above, chooses another players character. On your next turn as long as both the Hunter & Hunted are still on their canvases then the ability commences.

You see in the example of Dark Hunter you can erase the target card. Where as another example below Ogul allows you to dig for an ALLOUROS card.


If will be interesting to see how many ALLOUROS type cards there are and how good this ability will be. 


Kocora Bri is a legendary and is also an ALLOUROS, with it's mighty stomp of an action, bringing it back multiple times could be devastating. 

This character seems to have 'mega hunt'. If it stays on your canvas until your next turn everyone else looses all their characters! 

This is crazy strong, however it a) puts a big target on Bri's heads and b) Is very situational (isn't good against people playing location heavy Palettes). 

I am very excited about playing games with HUNT and these cards. 

*EDIT - since writing this article we have been shown another public sneak peek of legendary 'Bugir of Snivari'.

Hunt each turn for a chance to steal another players character and put it in your hand! This one will be a crazy card to pull off, potential stealing everyones best cards! * 

The second keyword is FREEZE! This one looks very promising. The ability to stop a card resolving for a turn. 

As you can see Ice Cannon here is a weak object but can freeze once every turn! 


This adorable legendary 'Crackle' gets a gain for the amount of Frozen cards on all canvases. 

A little similar to Bay Of Mysteries in salum realm, which drains for the amount of cursed cards. Biggest difference is that a card unfreezes so you will need to be able to freeze every turn. 

Crackle itself freezes all cards shard level 3 or less when it enters. 


If you combine Crackle with Harusk then you get big resolve. 

 Harusk freezing all cards on all other canvases makes it explosive by itself. I can see this card being in all my Draco Palettes. 

A quick way to turn the tables or even win the game by stopping everyone's resolve! 


The last card to look at today is Ursusma. This big polar bear dosnt have either keyword but does come with the ability to attack locations! 

Another great contender for a rare slot, especially with a good bit of prevent 2 this card could be great against Achrom Palettes.

Dexter updated

 After yesterdays blog ,with my new Dexter palette build, I realised some errors that I needed to amend.  Mainly being that I didn't notice that the characters in DDR are all heroic. So, I had mistakenly played doubles.  I took many of the second copies of heroic cards out and switched for similar characters. This allows more cards on my canvas as well as adding even more drain and steal into play.  I kept two copies of Thisp as its action can be very helpful. I also added two Monastery nests because they are great gain locations.  To read all the information on how this palette works and how to get Dexter out, you can read here . Those have stayed the same.  However, I realised getting Dexter out later on in game is much more benficial than earlier for a big sudden gain.  Here is the new deck list:

Norso Sneak Peek

This is my first article in a while. Mostly my content has been on video .  Largely I am not recording due to loosing my voice working as a scare acter (boo!)  Although, it's good to be back on blogspot, thank you for reading!  We are in Norso spoiler season as we approach the release date for Norso Chapter 2 : The Monsters Of Norso !  We seem to be above ground in this chapter, obviously with monsters. The above image was shared to everyone on the discord, containing a potentially achrom mutated minotaur and a vast sinister looking labyrinth. Community, Comiccon & Social Media

The main purpose of today's article is to praise Achroma for its fantastic community.  The company itself does so much to interact and strengthen their community but then the players themselves take it a whole step further.  I have always felt accepted and welcomed by the Achroma players on discord . But, living so far away from where most of the action happens (Poole and more northern areas) I hadn't had the chance to meet people outside of the internet. That changed when I was invited to Mcm Comiccon London by the Achroma Team.  I was very blessed to be invited into the Achroma Guild. An inner circle of sorts (which will keep growing).
